Deciduous hedge with a heart-shaped leaf. The small leaf is green on top and blue-green underneath. In the autumn it turns yellow. This hedge’s young twigs are green to reddish-brown. This lime suffers less from leaf aphids than other lime varieties. The hedge flourishes in all soil types, even tolerating dry ground.
Particulars
This hedge is winter-hardy and well wind-resistant. Although it tolerates saline wind reasonably well, it is very sensitive to road salt.
